Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "75bat" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 75bat.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and services offered thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 75bat platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 75bat platform through which the player accesses betting, casino, and related services.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a player's 75bat account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or non-withdrawable credits awarded to a player's account under any 75bat promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative betting turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the 75bat platform are denominated.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 75bat may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any time at 75bat's discretion.
• "Services" means collectively all betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other interactive or wagering features available on the 75bat platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 75bat platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 75bat platform and close your account. 75bat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 75bat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 75bat platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all players on 75bat, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a 75bat employee or affiliate in a role that would give you access to non-public information that could affect betting outcomes.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from 75bat or any associated platform.

75bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 75bat services, you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 75bat platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 75bat reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances therein.

75bat may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of 75bat to accept any particular bet or provide any particular service.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 75bat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 75bat will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been conducted by you. 75bat accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 75bat support immediately at [email protected]. 75bat may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 75bat account must be made using payment methods approved and displayed on the platform. Currently accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. This list is subject to change at 75bat's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 75bat does not currently impose a maximum single-deposit limit, though transaction limits set by your payment provider may apply. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. 75bat reserves the right to hold or return funds deposited via third-party sources and to suspend or close the account in question.

75bat processes deposits in good faith and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not credit to your account within a reasonable period, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 75bat account. 75bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating conditions, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

75bat reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds associated with the account balance. Where a withdrawal request is delayed for any reason, 75bat will endeavour to notify the player via their registered contact details.

75bat does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction charges, and these remain the player's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

75bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of each promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period if requirements are not met.
• 75bat reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• A player may only claim each welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 75bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any winnings generated from free spins or free bet credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

75bat operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or use of restricted strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for continued eligibility.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 75bat are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed and cannot be changed.
• 75bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is clear evidence of a palpable error in the odds offered — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match incidents, VAR reviews, injury stoppages, or data feed disruptions. 75bat accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play markets during any particular period.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published on the platform. In the absence of a specific rule, the general rule is that bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are published on individual markets and may vary based on the player's account history and VIP status.
• 75bat reserves the right to limit, reduce, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 75bat platform — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters set by the respective provider.

Game outcomes in all casino products are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. 75bat does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 75bat's servers, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault that results in an interrupted game session, 75bat will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. Where restoration is not possible, the stake for that game round will be returned to the player's account. 75bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from player-side technical faults including internet connectivity issues or device failures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bat platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 75bat.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to manual users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, arbitrage odds, or fix outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 75bat platform, including game software, odds-generation systems, or payment processing infrastructure.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that influences the outcome of any sporting event in connection with bets placed on 75bat.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a ban, exploit a welcome bonus, or conduct coordinated betting strategies.

Responsible Gaming

75bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and offers a range of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of 75bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 75bat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 75bat.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bat and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

75bat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 75bat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 75bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the platform.

Termination

You may close your 75bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 75bat will process any eligible remaining balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

75bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that 75bat reasonably considers to be detrimental to the platform, its players, or its partners. In the event of account closure due to a breach, 75bat reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances in the account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 75bat's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Amendments

75bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where the changes are material, players may be notified via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued access to and use of the 75bat platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 15.
